Organic Tangahoe Salami
Organic salami made from free range venison and beef are produced at Tangahoe, which guests can try their hand at making. One of our team will happily assist the preparations and will create rolls of salami for you to take home at the end of your trip. This means you get even more from a stay at our Lodge.
On top of this the staff at Tangahoe are currently developing their Manuka Honey productions for sale to clients in the near future. We really do believe that the land has an abundance and can produce more than enough to go around.
